Organization Management

Collaborate with your team using granular permissions and shared link silos.

Organization Roles

Assign granular permissions to your team members:

  • Super Admin (Owner): Full access. Can manage billing, delete the organization, and enforce security policies (like 2FA).
  • Admin: Can manage settings, invite members, and edit all links/assets. Cannot modify billing or delete the organization.
  • Member: Can create and manage their own links and assets. Can view organization resources but cannot change settings.

General Settings

Custom Domain Setup

Brand your organization's links (e.g., links.acme.com).

  1. Go to General Settings.
  2. Enter your subdomain (e.g., links.acme.com).
  3. DNS Verification:
    • Log in to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
    • Create a CNAME record.
    • Host: links (or your chosen subdomain).
    • Value: qubitl.ink.
  4. Click Verify DNS in Qubit Link.
  5. (Optional) Toggle "Use custom domain as default" to automatically apply it to all new links.

Security

  • Enforce 2FA: Super Admins can require all members to enable Two-Factor Authentication before accessing the organization workspace, ensuring enterprise-grade security.

Organization Analytics

Gain insights into your team's performance.

  • Summary: View total links created, total clicks, and storage usage across the entire organization.
  • Member Performance: A leaderboard showing who is creating the most content and driving the most traffic.
  • Traffic Sources: Aggregate data on where your organization's total traffic is coming from.

Audit Logs

Admins have access to a detailed Audit Log that records every sensitive action:

  • Member invitations/removals.
  • Link deletions.
  • Security setting changes.
  • Login timestamps.

This ensures full accountability and security compliance.
