Supported Formats
The Media Library isn't just for images. You can store and manage your entire brand kit:
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WebP.
- Videos: MP4, WebM, MOV.
- Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG.
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT.
- Fonts: TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2.
Uploading Media
Drag & Drop
Simply drag files directly onto the library grid. The upload zone supports bulk uploading of multiple files at once.
Bulk Upload Limits
- Maximum Batch Size: You can upload up to 2GB of files in a single batch.
- Storage Quota: A progress bar at the top shows your remaining storage.
- Personal: Counts towards your individual plan limit.
- Organization: Shared pool accessible by all admins and members of the organization.
AI Tools
Background Removal
Instantly create transparent assets for your bio pages.
- Open an image in the library.
- Click the Scissors Icon (Remove Background).
- Our AI detects the subject and creates a new transparent version.
- Processed images are marked with a badge for easy identification.
Management & Export
Organization
- Filtering: Switch tabs to view only Images, Videos, or Documents.
- Search: Instantly find files by name.
- Views: Toggle between Grid View (visual) and List View (data-rich).
Bulk Actions
Need to clean up?
- Click the Select button (Checkmark icon).
- Click multiple files or Select All.
- Delete: Move all selected items to the Trash Bin.
- Export: Download an Excel report of your selected media (including detailed metadata and usage links).
Trash & Recovery
Deleted files are moved to the Trash Bin and adhere to a 30-day retention policy before permanent deletion. Note that items in the trash still count towards your storage quota until permanently removed.
